Neelam Anil Patel, 24, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Monday, November 30, 2015, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Neelam was born on April 7, 1991, in Clarksville, TN to Anil J. Patel and Usha Patel.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 2, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. at the Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 1, 2015, from 6:00-7:00 p.m. and Wednesday, December 2, 2015, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.

In addition to her parents, Neelam is survived by her sister, Priya Patel of Plano, TX and brother-in-law, Neel Patel of Plano, TX.
