Arthur "Art" Edwin Ahrens, 76, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2017, at Tennova Healthcare of Clarksville.

Art was born on September 14, 1940, in Chicago, IL.

Art was a member of Clarksville International Church. He was also a member of the Cats Club, C.E.R.T., and volunteered for the American Red Cross.

Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. at Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery in Nashville, TN, with Pastor Greg Plummer officiating.
Art is survived by his wife, Margaret Martin Ahrens of Clarksville, TN and step-son, Lee Daniel of Clarksville, TN.
