Billie Joe Powell, Jr., age 57, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 surrounded by his loving family.

Billie was born on July 11, 1966 in Ft. Knox, KY to Billie Joe Powell and Marion Pearsall. He is also preceded in death by his father Billie Joe Powell, Sr. and father in law, Robert Knight.

Billie is survived by his loving wife Wanda Powell; Mother, Marion Powell; son, Dylan (Ashlee) Knight; best friend and brother, Phillip (Debbie) Butler; sister, Lisa McGowan; nephew and sidekick, Billy (Amber) Austin; nephew, Terry McGowan Jr.; nieces, Brittney Powell, Heather Rayman, and Misty Austin; grandchildren, Kenslee and Hudson Knight; great niece, Brianna Austin; great nephew, Corey Austin

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Neal Tarpley Parchman Funeral Home with Rev. John Mark Thomas officiating. Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 from 11:00 am until the hour of service at the funeral home.

Billie was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, looking for arrowheads, NASCAR and was a true Southern country boy. Billie is loved greatly and will be missed dearly.
