Billy Wayne St. John, age 75, of Clarksville, passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2017, at Tennova Healthcare. 

Billy was born January 15, 1942, in Montgomery County, TN, to the late Garner William "Billy" St. John and Hazel Marie Suiter St. John. He was a school teacher, theatre director, and playwright. 

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, December 22, at 2:00 PM, at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home, with Rev. Freddy T. Wyatt officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, December 22, from 12:00 PM until the hour of service, at the funeral home. 

Billy is survived by his brother, Steve (Monica) St. John of Nashville, TN; sister, Connie St. John (Jose Tafoya) of Brentwood, TN; four nephews, Shaun McDonald, Michael McDonald, Eric St. John, and Scott St. John; and special friends, Jan Dial and Linda Ellis.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 1818 Patterson Street, Nashville, TN 37203.
