Bobby Dee Evans, age 83, of Adams, passed away Monday, January 8, 2018, at his residence. 

Bobby was born June 23, 1934, in Montgomery County, TN, to the late Robley Dee Evans and Novella Talley Evans. He was also preceded in death by one son, Rocky Dee Evans; one granddaughter, McKensie Nicole Evans; two brothers, Dudley Evans and Steve Evans; and two sisters, Betty Coppedge and Linda Jo Evans.

Mr. Evans was a member of Masonic Lodge #537 and a member of Al Menah Shrine. He was a retired foreman and a US Army veteran. 

A graveside service will be held Saturday, January 13, at 2:00 PM, at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Saturday, January 13, from 11:00 AM until 1:30 PM, at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home. 

Bobby is survived by his wife of 59 years, Margie Ruth Holt Evans; two sons, Randy Evans and Wayne Evans; daughter, Vicki Brake; brother, John Evans, all of the Port Royal community; six sisters, Rachel Atkins, Teresa Vaughan, Myra Welch, Patricia Livingston, Paula Hughes, and Pauline Evans; four grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. 

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
