Cecil Edward McCoy, 58, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Saturday, August 19, 2017, at Tennova Healthcare of Clarksville.

Cecil was born on November 1, 1958, in Manhattan, KS to Edna Krumpleman McCoy and the late Cecil Claude McCoy.

Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, August 30, 2017, at 5:00 p.m. at the Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Rev. Steve Lannom officiating. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 30, 2017, from 4:00 p.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.

Cecil was a Dispatcher for Ft. Campbell 911 Center. He was also a U.S. Army Veteran, having served three tours in Germany.

In addition to his mother, Cecil is survived by his wife, Gail Barge McCoy of Clarksville, TN; daughter, Kathy JoAnn McCoy of Clarksville, TN; brother, James McCoy (Sue) of Texas; and two sisters, Claudia Brown (Chuck) and Martha Cummins (Scott) of California.
