Chin Moore, age 59, of Clarksville, passed away Tuesday, October 17, 2017, at Centennial Medical Center. 

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Wednesday, October 25, at 11:00 AM, at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West, in Hopkinsville. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 25, from 10:00 AM until the hour of service, at the funeral home.
