David "Truck" Johnson Russell, 47, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Thursday, February 22, 2018, at Tennova Healthcare of Clarksville.

David was born on April 12, 1970, in Clarksville, TN to Judy McGee Russell and the late John Draughon Russell.

Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, March 1, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. at the Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Pastor Buster Gilliam and Brother Paul Scott officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 1, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.

David was Owner of Clarksville Speed Sport.

In addition to his mother, David is survived by his brother, John D. (Lori) Russell, II of Acworth, GA.
