Ernestine M. Summers, 89, of Adams, TN, passed away on Friday, December 15, 2017, at Clarksville Nursing and Rehabilitation.

Ernestine was born on October 23, 1928, in Indian Mound, TN to the late Henry Mullins and Augusta "Gustie" Keats Mullins. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Edward F. Summers; two brothers; and four sisters.

Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, December 20, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. at the Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Rev. Melvin Dunaway officiating. Burial will be at Sango Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 19, 2017, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. and Wednesday, December 20, 2017, from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.

Ernestine was a retired Clerk for Bootster Manufacturing.

Ernestine is survived by three sons, Donnie (Gina) Summers, Doy (Edith) Summers, and Jimmy "Jim" Summers; three grandchildren, Janie Lou Jackson, James Michael Summers, and Kadesh Noel Summers; three step-grandchildren, Stacy Menees, Shon Moody, and Ashley Moody; and nine great-grandchildren.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
