Olin Wright Padgett, Jr., 76, of Palmyra, TN, passed away on Sunday, September 3, 2017, at his residence.

Olin was born on May 3, 1941, in Augusta, GA to the late Olin Wright Padgett, Sr. and Ila Mae Thigpen Padgett.

Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at the Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Rev. Larry Riley officiating. Burial will be at Sango Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.

Olin was a Retired Electrical Engineer.

Olin is survived by his wife, Ellen Padgett of Palmyra, TN; son, Olin Padgett, III of Clarksville, TN; two daughters, Melissa (Bond) Hays of Signal Mountain, TN and Monica Radford of Dallas, TX; sister, Debra Norman of Grovetown, GA; and five grandchildren.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
