Betty Jo Myers

Betty Jo Myers, age 91, of Clarksville, TN, passed away Saturday, January 14, 2023 at her residence.
Betty was born April 11, 1931 in Chauncey, WV to the late Clyde Daney Mullins and Hattie Jarrell. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William F. Myers; brother Hearl Mullins; sisters, Bessie Soltesz, and her infant sister Gretta Mullins.
She is survived by her son Frank (Shari) Myers; daughter Debra (Brian) Myers; brother Jimmy (Linda) Mullins; sister Donna Collins; grandchildren William (Abbey) F. Myers III and Katherine E. Myers; great grandchildren Liam D. Myers and Levi W. Myers.
Betty was a wonderful cook, enjoyed going to yard sales, sewing and especially loved her grandchildren. She was a long time member of New Providence Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday January 18, 2023 with Rev. C.D. Wofford officiating in the Chapel of Neal Tarpley Parchman beginning at 1:00 PM with burial to follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at Neal Tarpley Parchman Funeral Home from 10:00 AM until the time of service at the funeral home
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
