Billy Lee Miller, Jr., age 51, of Clarksville, passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2019, at his residence.

Billy was born May 30, 1968, in Nashville, TN, to the late Billy Lee Miller, Sr. and Dorothy Jane McClendon Miller. He was a loving father and grandfather and a UT fanatic.

Mr. Miller is survived by two daughters, Elizabeth Frizzell and Christina (Sean) Moore, both of Clarksville; three sisters, Dottie Capps of Ashland City, his twin Bessie Minton of Clarksville, and Heidi Biggs of Columbia, TN; and six grandchildren, MacKenzie Francis, Braxton Miller, Anastasia Miller, Isabella Walsh, Rayden Hughes, and Wyatt Frizzell.
