Charles Edward Coke

Charles Edward Coke, age 80 of Clarksville passed away Saturday, February 13, 2021 at his residence.

Charles was born July 22, 1940 in Clarksville to the late Charlie Coke and Louise Meek Passard. He was raised by his aunt and uncle,  Allen Louis Potter and Sallie Black Potter. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Peggy Davis Coke; son, Keith (Janet) Coke; daughters: Teresa (David) Thomas, Amanda (Jason) Coke-Beaty; five grandchildren, Cory Thomas, Connor T. Humphrey, Rachel Coke, Anabel Beaty, Charleigh Beaty and one great grandchild, Weston Humphrey.

Charles was retired from Trane Company and was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church.  

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Sunday, February 21, 2021 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Jetter and Rev. Gary Herndon officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, February 21, 2021 from 1:00PM until the hour of service.  Burial will be at a later date at Pleasant View Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Family Life Center, Pleasant View Baptist Church, 1388 Cumberland Heights Rd, Clarksville, TN 37040
