Charles Edward Givens

Charles Edward Givens, age 87 of Clarksville, TN passed away November 18, 2023 at his residence in Clarksville, TN.

Mr. Givens was born October 9, 1936 in Altamont, TN the son of the late Paschal Lee Sr. and Cora Etta Henry Givens.

He was retired from the US Army and the Civil Service in supply.

Charles is survived by his son, Charles Givens Jr. and his wife, Gwen; two brothers, Bobby Givens and Dale Givens; five sisters, Wanda Givens, Jimmie Van Hooser, Linda Couch, Mary Givens, and Pat Thompson; two grandsons, Zachary Givens and Patrick Givens; several nieces and nephews and a special friend, Steve Peacock.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11:00 AM, Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Kentucky Veteran Cemetery West with full military honors.  Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until the service hour.
