Charles Randolph Woodall, 67, of Palmyra, TN, passed away on Thursday, July 4, 2019, at Tennova Healthcare of Clarksville.

Charles was born on July 9, 1951, in Anderson, SC to the late Charles Woodall and Ruth Harper Woodall.

In keeping with Charles’ wishes, no local services are planned.

Charles is survived by his son, Charles “Chuck” R. (Paula) Woodall; three sisters; and eight grandchildren.
