David Lane Pettus

David Lane Pettus, age 65, of Antioch, TN, passed away Monday, October 5, 2020, at his residence.

David was born January 5, 1955, in Clarksville, TN, to the late James Andrew Pettus and Doris Mae Reeves Pettus. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Bobby Pettus and Michael Pettus; one sister, Katie Jenkins; and one grandson, Richard Teague.

Mr. Pettus was a retired Greyhound bus driver, with over 40 years of service.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, October 10, at 11:00 AM, at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home, with Pastor Robert P. Harris officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, October 10, from 9:00 AM until the hour of service, at the funeral home.

David is survived by his son, Jonathan (Kelley) Young; brother, James M. Pettus, Jr.; three sisters, Delores Herring, Marvella Pettus, and Pamela Cox; three grandchildren, Ericka Bray, Makenzie Young, and Nicholas Young; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
