Debra Kay Barnes

It is with deepest sympathy to announce Debra Kay Barnes, age 70, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Sunday, January 23, 2022. 

Mrs. Barnes was born September 18,1951 to the late Gene Douglas Basham and June L. White Basham. In addition to her parents she is proceeded in death by her brother, Todd (Ann) Basham.

She is survived by her husband of 49 years, John "Johnny" Barnes of Dyersburg, TN; two daughters, Kimberly (Anthony) Flint and Andrea (Alex) McGillivray; five grandchildren, Kristopher Flint, Austin Flint, Michael Hahn, Nicholas Hahn and Scotlyn McGillivray; two Sisters, Tammy (Mike) Duke and Nola Hartert (Ken) Apley.  

A private Celebration of Life will be held for the loving wife and mother by her family in Clarksville, TN.  As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be sent to Kirkland Cancer Center Patient Care Fund, c/o Administration, 720 W. Forrest Ave Jackson, TN 38301, in memory of Debra Barnes.
