Dorothy Florence Allen, age 99, of Clarksville, passed away Sunday, November 17, 2019, at her residence.

Dorothy was born February 25, 1920, in Lincoln, NE, to the late Joseph Westhouse and Eleanor Bowman Westhouse. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Roland O. Allen; one son, David Allen; eight brothers; and five sisters.

No local services are planned, and her remains are to be cremated.

Mrs. Allen is survived by two sons, Raymond Allen and Richard (Marilyn) Allen; two daughters, Marilyn (Bill) O'Neal and Sandie (Rick) Urso; seven grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
