Eva Jean (Speight) Stitt

Eva Jean Kremar Stitt, age 89, of Clarksville, passed away Friday, June 4, 2021, at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro, TN.  

Eva Jean was preceded in death by her parents, L.H. & Mary Speight; husbands, Michal Kremar and Joseph G Stitt; son, Lawrence "Larry" Kremar; brothers, Lawrence Speight (Ida) and W. T. Speight (Manie); sister, Mildred Wilder (Wesley); and one grandson, Christopher S. Boone.

Eva Jean is survived by her daughter Linda Boone Grant (Jim) of Murfreesboro; three grandchildren, Gina Jones (Billy) of Smyrna, TN, Angela Clopton (John) of Manchester,TN, and Jason Kremar (Connie) of Mooresville, NC; 12 great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.

Eva Jean was a member of the Forest Street Methodist Church. She was a 1949 graduate of Clarksville High School.

A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, July 8, at 2:00 PM, at Forest Street United Methodist Church. Visitation will be Thursday, July 8, from 12:00 PM until the hour of service, at the church.
