Gail Ann McCoy, age 60, of Clarksville, passed away Friday, October 20, 2017, at Skyline Medical Center. 

Gail was born November 27, 1956, in Saint Marys, OH, to the late Paul Barge and Ruth Barge. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Cecil "Ed" McCoy; one brother, Luke Barge; and one sister, Lola Eshman. 

Gail was a US Army veteran and a federal worker for the DPW. She was of the Catholic faith. 

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, October 27, at 6:00 PM, at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home, with Rev. Steve Lannom officiating. Visitation will be Friday, October 27, from 5:00 PM until the hour of service, at the funeral home. 

Gail is survived by her daughter, Kathy McCoy of Clarksville; her aunt, Ruby Cool of Greenville, OH; three brothers, Mark (Rebecca) Barge of Bradford, OH, Matt (Julie) Barge of Piqua, OH, and John (Jodi) Barge of Versailles, OH; and four sisters, Mary (Quinton) Piper of Suison, OH, Carol (Andy) Love of Chesapeake, VA, Lisa (Dana) Phillips of Sidney, OH, and Peggy Barge (Al Hofacker) of Hollansburg, OH.
