Isaiah Barlow, age 83, of Clarksville, passed away Friday, August 25, 2017, at St. Thomas West Hospital. 

Isaiah was born April 29, 1934, in Dies, TX, to the late Hezekiah Barlow and Ella McCullough Barlow. He was also preceded in death by one son, Terry Suttles and one brother, Richard Barlow. 

Mr. Barlow was a retired US Army veteran and was of the Baptist faith. 

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, September 1, at 12:00 PM, at the Community Chapel of Fort Campell. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West, in Hopkinsville, where full military honors will be rendered. Visitation will be Thursday, August 31, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home, and Friday, September 1, from 11:00 AM until the hour of service, at the Community Chapel of Fort Campbell. 

Isaiah is survived by his wife, Frances Barlow; five sons, Hector (Shena) Barlow of O'Fallon, IL, David (Cynthia) Barlow of Villa Rica, GA, Rodney Barlow of Nashville, TN, Robbie Suttles of Louisville, KY, and Derrick Suttles of Louisville, KY; two daughters, Tina Zanders of Clarksville and Lorraine (Annie) Spry of Killeen, TX; two brothers, Eugene Barlow of Oakland, CA and Larry Barlow of South Carolina; sister, Olean Davis of Houston, TX; seventeen grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
