Tribute

James Allman Lewis, Jr., 65, disabled son of James A. Lewis, Sr., from Clarksville, TN and Jane Reasons Lewis (deceased) from Guthrie, KY, passed away October 19, 2019, at Skyline Medical Center, in Nashville, TN. He had been cared for more than 20 years by the wonderful employees of Progress, Inc., Nashville, TN and lived in Ashland City, TN.

For the past 33 years, his "other Mother" has been Carolyn V. Wooten Lewis from Clarksville, TN. Jim's parents reside at 1966 Cahaba Cove @ Chace Lake, Hoover, AL, 35244.

Siblings are Susan Lewis Mealer (Bill), Alabaster, AL, Gail Lewis Paysour (Rev. Douglas), Blue Ridge, VA, Jennie Lewis McCasland (Mike), Midlothian, VA; stepsister Normalynn Wooten Beagle (Keith), Knoxville, TN; stepbrother Dan Wooten (Brenda), Bethesda, TN; and many loving nieces and nephews.

A family graveside service will be held Saturday, November 2, at 11:00 AM, in Guthrie, KY, officiated by Rev. Douglas Paysour.
