James "Busta" Earl Garrett, Jr.

James "Busta" Earl Garrett, Jr., age 31, passed away Sunday, June 6, 2022.

Busta was born June 21, 1990 in Bamburg, Germany to James Earl (Martha) Garrett and Tabitha (Jimmy) Cook. In addition to his parents, Busta is survived by his brothers, Javonte Garrett, Tay McElrath, and Jaylon Garrett; sister Kayla Garrett.

Busta was a member of Top Notch Missionary Baptist Church and was baptized at Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, June 11, 2022 at 1:00 PM, at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home with Pastor Jonnie Aldridge officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, June 11, 2022 from 12:00 PM until the hour of service at the funeral home.
