Kyoko Takeda Stavropoulos, age 92, of Clarksville, passed away Friday, February 5, 2021, at Skyline Medical Center.
Kyoko was born February 6, 1928, in Oaza Ikebukuro, Japan, to the late Asakichi Takeda and Toku Ymaguchi Takeda. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Christopher Stavropoulos.
Mrs. Stavropoulos worked for the Fort Campbell School System.
A celebration of her life will be held Wednesday, February 10, at 1:00 PM, at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home, with Rev. Steve Lannom officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 10, from 10:00 AM until the hour of service, at the funeral home.
Kyoko is survived by her son, Timothy (Sherry) Stavropoulos; two daughters, Linda Chapple and Christian (Roger) Alley; four grandchildren, Alison Rainwater, Christopher Stavropoulos, Robert Hayes, and Suzzanne Price; and eight great grandchildren, Lauren, Natalie, Samuel, and Conner Rainwater, and Emily, Carla, Julia, and Julian Gordon.
Pallbearers will be Christopher Stavropoulos, Robert Hayes, Terry Wall, Paul Alley, Timothy Stavropoulos, and Roger Alley.
