Lenora Marcelle (Cook) Melton

Lenora Marcelle Melton, age 80, of Clarksville, passed away Saturday, November 13, 2021, at her residence.

Marcelle was born June 10, 1941, in Clarksville, TN, to the late Calvin Woodrow Cook and Sarah Fehring Cook. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Ellis Melton.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, November 20, at 11:00 AM, at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home, with Bro. Louie Montoya and Bro. Mike Burnette officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, November 19, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM, and Saturday, November 20, from 10:00 AM until the hour of service, at the funeral home. 

Mrs. Melton is survived by three sons: Jeff Melton (Tonya), Michael (Heather) Melton, and Greg Melton; daughter, Tammy (David) Gaylord; brother, Richard Cook; three sisters: Marry Williams, Judy Schmidt, and Patty Fiscus; eight grandchildren: Katlyn Melton, Ryan Melton, Lindsay Melton, Mikey Melton, Levi Melton, Ciera Melton, Joshua Gaylord, Christopher Gaylord, and Ashley Gaylord; and three great grandchildren:  Arina Melton, Teagean Gaylord, and Raylenea Gaylord.
