Michael Derion Pettus

Michael Derion Pettus, age 67, of Vallejo, CA, passed away August 16, 2019. 

Michael was born June 17, 1952, in Clarksville, TN, to the late James Pettus and Dorris Reeves Pettus. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Bobby Wayne Pettus and Sherman Mallory Pettus; and sister, Katie P. Jenkins. 

He was a US Air Force veteran. 

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Thursday, September 12, at 12:00 PM, at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home, with Barry Reaves officiating. Inurnment will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West, in Hopkinsville. 

Michael is survived by two brothers, David Pettus of Nashville and James M. Pettus of California; three sisters, Marvella Pettus of Clarksville, Pamela Cox of West Covina, CA, and Delores Herring of Sacramento, CA.
