Myrna Horner Craven

Myrna Horner Craven, age 75, of Clarksville, TN, passed away Monday, May 30, 2022, at Tennova Healthcare.

 Myrna was born August 23, 1946, in Clarksville, TN, to the late William Henry Horner and Myrna Elizabeth Smith. She is also preceded in death by her loving husband, John W. Craven III. 

Mrs. Craven is survived by her children, son, John W (Melissa) Craven IV, daughters, Jamie F. Bailey, Tracy L. (Jon) Beene, and sister Patricia P. Davidson; grandchildren Paige Beene, Patrick Beene, Evan Craven, Jacob Craven, Alicia (Lee) Olvey, Deanna (John) Hill, Lena (Montana) Turner; great grandchildren Penelope, Gracelyn, Caleb, Hudson, Elizabeth, Quinton and Sawyer.

Myrna was a retiree from Clarksville Parks and Recreation and a member of Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She was also a lifelong resident of Clarksville, TN graduating from Clarksville High School then earning her Associates degree at Austin Peay State University.

A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, June 3, 2022  at 1:00 PM at Clarksville Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, June, 2,2022 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home, and Friday June 3, 2022 from 12:00 PM until the hour of service at Cumberland Pesbyterian Church.
