Paul Fredrick Burkhart

Paul Fredrick Burkhart, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at the age of 89.

Paul was born January 18, 1935, to the late Lester Seay Burkhart and Floree Steiner. He is also preceded in death by his first wife, Karen Lee Burkhart, second wife, Marla Guthrie Burkhart, by two sisters, Edith Hinderliter and Etha Atkins and brother, Lester Burkhart, Jr.

Paul is survived by his wife Janice, sons, Keith (Rita) Burkhart, Duane (Angie) Burkhart, Alan (Rhonda) Burkhart, and Todd Pugh, daughters, Vanessa Kerley, Anita (Ethan) Britch, Cheryl (Joey) Haley, Heather (Mick) Thornell, sister, Janice Smith, as well as 21 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.

Paul was a Trustee and Deacon at Hilldale Baptist Church. He worked as a building contractor and was part of the Montgomery County Home Builders Association.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Neal Tarpley Parchman Funeral Home on Sunday, April 7, 2024, at 1:00 PM. Visitation will be Saturday, April 6, 2024, from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM, and Sunday, April 7, 2024, from 12:00 PM until the hour of service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.
