Peggy Fay (Black) Ledbetter

Peggy Fay Ledbetter, age 57, of Clarksville, passed away Sunday, January 16, 2022, at Tennova Healthcare.

Peggy was born November 19, 1964, in Clarksville, TN, to the late CB Black and Claytie Edgin Black. She was also preceded in death by one brother, CB Black, Jr.; and one sister, Genny Denton.

Mrs. Ledbetter is survived by her husband, Carl Jordan Ledbetter; son, John Daniel (Kristen) Ledbetter; daughter, Kiana Nicole "Nikki" Ledbetter; one brother, Bruce Cook; four sisters, Frances McKee, Lucille Adams, Brenda Haynes, and Annette Fain; and four grandchildren, Elice Ledbetter, Melody Ledbetter, Harmony Ledbetter, and Amora Knott.

Peggy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She loved fishing and her dogs.

Visitation will be Wednesday, January 26, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home. A private Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later time.

Peggy loved flowers, but donations may also be made, in her honor, to It Takes a Village No-Kill Rescue, 1417 N. Stockwell Road, Evansville, IN 47715.
