Philip Anthony Wozniak, age 32, of Nashville, passed away Monday, July 27, 2020, while saving his son's life.
Philip was born November 3, 1987, in Silver Spring, MD, to Richard Wozniak and Marci Woodward Wozniak. He was also preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Ernie Woodward; and paternal grandfather, Joseph Anthony Wozniak.
He was a full-time student at South University.
A Funeral Service will be held Friday, July 31, at 10:00 AM, at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home, with The Pastor Larry Peters officiating. Visitation will be Friday, July 31, from 9:00 AM until the hour of service, at the funeral home.
In addition to his parents, Philip is survived by his fiancee, Ciara Claibourne; two sons, Aidan Murrey and Copeland Murrey; soon-to-be daughter, Ellie May Wozniak; brother, Matthew (Alexandra) Wozniak; maternal grandmother, Marilyn Woodward; and paternal grandmother, Dolores Wozniak.
