Ramona Beatrice Thompson

Ramona Thompson, age 88, of Clarksville, passed away Monday, October 19, 2020 at her daughters residence in Fayetteville, GA.

Ramona was born December 15, 1931 to the late Mac McCown and Neva Yerby McCown. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, William H. Thompson; son, Glenn Thompson and sister Jane Cheney.

Ramona was a member of the New Providence United Methodist Church.

Ramona is survived by her son, Roy (Margrey) Thompson, daughters; Debi (Jimmy) Winters, Cathy (Dave) Dishman and Cheryl (Robbie) Beckman; daughter-in-law, Diana Thompson; 14 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, October 24, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Resthaven Memorial Gardens with Rev. Clift Wright officiating.  Family and friends are invited, due to COVID and safety precautions, the family requests that masks be worn.

Pallbearers will be Grandchildren.
