Richard Todd Walker, 54, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2019.

Richard was born on August 15, 1965, in Clarksville, TN to Dennis W. Delph and Donna Jennette Delph.

Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. at the Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel. Burial will be at Welker Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 29, 2019, from 4:00-7:00 p.m. and Saturday, November 30, 2019, from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.

Richard is preceded in death by his brother, Troy Wayne Delph and sister, Heidi Jane Delph.

In addition to his parents, Richard is survived by his daughters, Victoria Nicole (Tommy) Kentner and Jamie Lynn Walker and brother, Marcus Delph.
