Robert M. Conner

Robert M. Conner, age 81, of Clarksville, passed away Sunday, November 8, 2020, at Tennova Healthcare.

Robert was born October 18, 1939, in Montgomery County, TN, to the late Houston Conner and Vydell Shelton Conner. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Conner; and one granddaughter, Lauren Fritts.

Mr. Conner was retired from Kroger.  He was a member of Sango United Methodist Church and was known as "the vegetable man."

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, November 21, at 2:00 PM, at Sango United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Sango Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, November 21, from 12:00 PM until the hour of service, at the church.

Robert is survived by his wife, Lynda Holt Conner; son, Chris (Janie) Conner; sister, Bonnie Long; granddaughter, Leah Fritts; great grandson, Hunter Mize; daughter by heart, Josie Burns and granddaughter by heart, Jordan Burns; and several nieces and nephews.
