Sandra Jean Evans, age 74 of Clarksville passed away, Thursday, December 30, 2021 at Tennova Healthcare.

Sandra was born on December 1, 1947 in Davidson County to the the late Buis Johnston and Aileen Breem. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her daughters: Elizabeth Ruth Kemp and Dawn Jeannette Spain. She is survived by her husband Don Evans; daughter, Cathy(John) Messer; son, Shane Spain; step-daughter Cherisse Neal; grandchildren Jimbo (April) Kemp, Jason (Jennifer) Kemp, Blake Scribner, Caitlin Hockensmith, Jaiden Tracy, Vanecia Neal, Josiah Neal, Phoenix Neal, Julianna Neal, Journey Neal and 7 great grandchildren.

No public funeral services are planned.
