Scott Allen Mumaw

Scott Allen Mumaw, age 56 of Clarksville, passed away Thursday, June 10, 2021 at Continue Care Hospital in Madisonville, KY.

Scott was born December 6, 1964 in Salem, OH to the late Robert John Mumaw and Nina Jones. He is survived by his husband, William Chad Self; brothers: Robert Mumaw, Daniel Mumaw; sisters: Christine Kyser, Heather Palmer and Amber Knutsen.

Scott was a U.S. Army Veteran.

Graveside Services will be held at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 @ 1:00 PM. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 15, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project, 4899 Belfort Road Suite 300, Jacksonville, FL 32256.
