Terrence "Terry" Joseph Shuley

Terrence "Terry" Joseph Shuley, age 74, of Adams, passed away Monday, October 5, 2020, at Tennova Healthcare.

Terry was born October 26, 1945, in Newark, OH, to the late Leo Oliver Shuley and Lilian Stanton Shuley. He was also preceded in death by one grandson, Buddy Shuley; and one great granddaughter, Kendall Hamilton.

Mr. Shuley was passionate about music. He played and built guitars for over 55 years. Terry enjoyed riding and building motorcycles, as well as repairing and building electronics. He worked many jobs including TV repairman, truck driver, and factory worker, until his retirement.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, October 10, at 2:00 PM, at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home, with Rev. John Mark Thomas officiating. Burial will follow at Sango Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, October 9, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM, and Saturday, October 10, from 12:00 PM until the time of service, at the funeral home.

Terry is survived by his wife, Donna Sue Lowry Shuley; three sons, Chad Shuley, Terrence "Mike" (Kristin) Shuley, and Joseph Shuley (Tracy Calvert); three daughters, Jennifer Atherton, Tracy Shuley, and Jessica (Terry) Noyes; brother, Jack Shuley; sister, Jill Phillips; 19 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
