Sue Kay was always kind and welcoming to me. To everyone. Your mother was a great woman, a generous soul, and a human being we should all strive to be more like. I will forever carry with me the gentle nature and unselfishness of the character she radiated. She was a gift to this world. And in all of you, her gifts will carry on. Love to each of you. I met Sue back in 1967 when George and Paul went to Vietnam together. We kept in touch over the years and would visit each other frequently. Sue was one of the sweetest and nicest people I have ever met. She and George were always helping people. Sue never complained about her health problems. She was always pleasant and concerned for others. I will miss her.

Message from Larry and Freida Vaught, Jacksonville, Florida

Our dear, dear friend, Sue, for 67 years. We met in high school---She said, "Freida, you and Larry should talk and spend time together". We did that and have been married for 61 years. Sue and I walked together to receive our high school diplomas---We were the two shortest girls in the class.
Sue and George were spending the night with us in Nashville. In early morning, George heard someone trying to get his car battery. He started yelling so loud the thief ran and left the battery. We have laughed many times about that incident.
We will love Sue and George forever and will meet again with Jesus. Love to the family.
