Leslie was born March 1, 1956, in Fort Benning, GA, to Kenyon Hartman and the late Mary Ludie Atkins Hartman. She was of the Catholic faith and an educator in the Cheatham County School System. Georgia Louise Irby Carroll, age 90 of Clarksville, passed away July 28, 2021 at Spring Meadows.  Georgia was born November 2, 1930 to the late Rogers Hightower Irby and Dovie Mae Clark. She was married September 3, 1948 to Shirley Edward Carroll. Ed, as he was known, passed away in 1989 leaving Georgia a widow. She never remarried.
