Wayne.... I had the pleasure of working with Francis for many years in Dickson Directory Assistance. The last time I saw Francis was at LouAnn's Retirement Party and I remembered teasing and asking Francis "What kind of wrinkle cream she used. " She always had the prettiest complexion! I will keep you and the family in my thoughts and prayers. Take care.
