Keith, sorry to hear about your mother. I have fond memories of her when you lived behind us on Winding Way. She was always so sweet to me when I aw her out. God bless you and I will keep you and your dad in my prayers.

Jim: Sorry to hear about Joyce's death...I know it is hard to loose your life partner, but my guess is that Joyce wants you to keep her memory in your heart forever ,and, begin to move forward with your life..
We live in Wilmington NC on the coast of NC & have for 45 years...would be good to see you again as I cannot remember when the last time we saw each other...probably at least 100 years ago. We'll pray for your family and ask that you will be blessed as you start the healing process.

I forgot to tell you this. Jiyce said on more than one occasion to me that if she did not have her own Mom she would sure have yours. She thought so much of Annie Lou, as did I.

Pug,
I have very fond memories of you, Alice and Ann. I was around you 3 more than most of my first cousins. You dad (to me) was so much older I felt uncomfortable calling him anything other than Mr. but I did anyway. My aunt Annie Lou and Uncle Claude pretty much hung the moon as far as I was concerned. Betty Jo was also a favorite, so sorry she died so young (at least young to me-I do not know he age when she died. IT is our wishes for heath and success for you and you children and siblings. If you are ever in the neighborhood be sure to stop. I am 86 and heading to equal your Dad's lifespan. We stopped by to see you Dad frequently when we passed thru Knoxville on our way to our daughter and family in Yorktown.

Thank you for your email. Joyce had a long 3 1/2 year struggle with Pulmonary Fibrosis and on continuous oxygen all than time. It is hard to lose a spouse as you know but with family to support you it is easier. I was 86 on Feb 22 and hoped Joyce could last until then but it was not to be.
